This space was created for anyone who’s ever felt stuck in their relationship with food, body, or self. Maybe you’ve tried every plan or “rule” out there and still felt like something was missing. Maybe you’re tired of trying to fix your body when what you really want is to feel at home in it.
At Rooted & Nourished Psychotherapy, my goal has always been to help you reconnect with yourself — not through restriction or perfection, but through curiosity, compassion, and trust.
