I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, you’ll receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services before starting therapy, so there are no financial surprises.

THE INVESTMENT

YOUR TIME IS NOW

Your first session (intake) lasts 60 minutes and gives us space to slow down and really get to know your story. I'll ask you a bunch of questions: what’s been feeling heavy, what’s brought you here, and what you’re hoping will change.

Together, we’ll look at your history, current patterns, and goals to create a plan that feels supportive and realistic. It’s less about “fixing” and more about beginning a collaborative process that meets you where you are.

Yes, I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots to help make therapy more accessible. If one is available, we’ll secure it for you, and if not, I can add you to the waitlist for when a space opens.

My goal is to ensure that finances aren’t the only thing standing between you and the support you need.

I use a blend of evidence-based approaches that help women heal their relationship with food, body, and identity in a compassionate, sustainable way. My work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT & CBT-E) to address unhelpful patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build emotional resilience, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support healing through life transitions and motherhood.

I also integrate Health at Every Size® (HAES), Intuitive Eating, and mindfulness-based practices to help you reconnect with your body’s cues and wisdom. Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic approaches allow us to explore the deeper parts of your story and gently rebuild trust — because healing isn’t just about what you think, it’s about how you feel and relate to yourself again.

Yes, I offer nutrition-informed therapy, which means we’ll explore your relationship with food, body, and nourishment without focusing on meal plans or diets.

While I don’t prescribe nutrition plans, I can collaborate with a registered dietitian, nutrition coach, or other providers if that additional support feels right for you.

My goal is to help you move toward peace with food, not more rules around it.
