Nourish the Mother sessions provide space to process the emotional and physical shifts that come with pregnancy and postpartum — especially around food, body image, and self-identity. We’ll explore how perfectionism, guilt, and unrealistic expectations may be showing up, and help you reconnect with compassion and calm in this new season.
Therapy may include gentle mindfulness practices, intuitive eating principles, and values-based work to support your adjustment and reduce shame. You’ll have a safe, nonjudgmental space to untangle the pressure to “bounce back” and instead focus on rebuilding trust with your body and yourself.
